        Each participant in the ACH Network is required to be in compliance with the Nacha Operating Rules. There are several NEW amendments recently passed which will change the ACH Network processes – this is a NEED to know! In addition, an overview on Operations Bulletins (issued by Nacha) will be discussed (there are six of them for 2020).

         This session will provide the details on the recently approved amendments on enhancing Same Day ACH (SDA), the Unauthorized Return process, the ACH Contact Registry and more!

         Details on the newly approved amendments to the Nacha Operating Rules including all the elements for a change on Account Information Improvements Through the ACH Network, effective March 18, 2022.

         PLUS, Limitation on Warranty Claims, the Reversal Process and Rules Enforcement changes surrounding reversals, and Meaningful Modernization to enhance the ACH Network to keep up with changes in the payments landscape.

         The NACHA Operating Rules are always changing, and updates have recently been made due to the current COVID-19 situation! There are six ACH Operations Bulletins posted by Nacha in 2020; four of them explain the updates to the Rules due to changes at financial institutions and extensions of effective dates in light of the current situation; and confirming some Rules changes with current effective dates remaining.

Participants/Registrants for our live events, may cancel up to 72 hours prior to the start of the live session and ComplianceTrain will issue a letter of credit to be used towards any of ComplianceTrain's future events. The letter of credit will be valid for 12 months.

ComplianceTrain will process refund in cases where the event has been cancelled and is not rescheduled within 90 days from the original scheduled date of the webinar. Refunds will not be processed to participants who do not show up for the webinar.
