- Any loss of goodwill or business reputation
- Any loss of data suffered
- Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
- Any other intangible loss
(B) ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OR DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF:

- (B) ComplianceTrain.com is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful); or
- (C) A partner with whom ComplianceTrain.com offered Services to you has terminated its relationship with ComplianceTrain.com or ceased to offer Services to you; or
- (D) The provision of the Services to you by ComplianceTrain.com is, in our opinion, no longer commercially viable
13.4 Effect of Termination
When these Terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations, and liabilities that you and ComplianceTrain.com have benefited from, been subject to, or which have accrued over time shall remain unaffected by this cessation, and the provisions which by their nature should continue indefinitely shall continue to apply.

15.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You and ComplianceTrain.com agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that ComplianceTrain.com shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

These Terms are provided in English. If we provide a translation, the English language version takes precedence in case of any contradiction.
